These terms govern your use of the MKGC LTD website and the services we provide. By accessing this site or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
1. Services
MKGC LTD provides digital marketing services including strategy, SEO, paid advertising, content and social media. The specific scope of any engagement will be set out in a separate proposal or statement of work.
2. Use of the website
- You may not use the site for any unlawful or harmful activity.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site.
- Content on the site is owned by MKGC LTD or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
3. Fees and payment
Where services are engaged, fees, payment schedules and deliverables will be agreed in writing. Invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, deliverables produced for a client become the client's property, except for tools, frameworks and pre-existing IP retained by MKGC LTD.
5. Confidentiality
Each party will keep confidential information of the other party secure and use it only for the purposes of the engagement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the relevant statement of work. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
